Cathie and Serge, my parents, and my sisters Lucie and Agathe, have always loved entertaining and sharing. Whether over a meal on a summer's evening or on a trip down the Ardèche gorges. So it was only natural that Cathie began her project with Les Gîtes de la Buissonnière. Here we are in 2020 with a new project, the Villa du Saule.
Emma & Pascal
I'm Emma, the eldest of the siblings, and my Austrian partner Pascal has also fallen in love with the Ardèche. We wanted to establish our pied-à-terre in the Ardèche so that we could welcome our friends and family from Austria in comfort. One summer, while visiting my parents, we visited this magnificent house and decided to embark on the seasonal rental adventure with the help of my family.
Les Gîtes de la Buissonnière
Villa du Saule is, in a way, the little sister of Gîtes de la Buissonnière. Cathie has been developing this place of joy and sharing for over 15 years. The gîtes are located in Oubreyts, a small hamlet in the hills above Vals-les-bains. The gîtes can accommodate up to 24 people and are open all year round. This place also boasts an incredible view.
